Digi TV Plus Oy

Digi TV Plus Oy is a company that specialises in the distribution of digital television channels, and its service is marketed to customers using the name PlusTV. The PlusTV package is made up of the most popular Finnish and foreign TV channels.

At the moment on the PlusTV package includes the following channels: MTV3 MAX, MTV3 Fakta, Sub Leffa, Sub Juniori, KinoTV, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, MTV Music Television, Eurosport, Discovery Channel, Nelonen Sport Pro, SVT World, CANAL+ First, CANAL+ Hits, CANAL+ Sport 1&2, URHOtv and DIGIVIIHDE.

Sports and program for men

Eurosport (channel location 18) is the world's leading sports channel broadcasting top sporting events from Europe and all over the world. Most broadcasts have Finnish commentary.

Nelonen Sport Pro (channel location 12) offers world-class sports, e.g. the finals of Finnish national hockey league, NHL, UEFA Champions League, GPA tour.

MTV3 MAX (channel location 13) is a channel including a special offering for sports lovers: live broadcasts from Formula 1 competitions.

CANAL+ Sport package with its two channels (CANAL+ Sport 1 and CANAL+ Sport 2) is the new shrine of football. The package includes the Barclays Premier League, the games of the Finnish national team in football, the games of the Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A, as well as UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and a lot more.

Safe programs for children

Sub Juniori (channel location 16) shows beloved classics and successful children's series in Finnish.

Disney Channel (channel location 25) is by far Scandinavia's most popular children's TV channel. It is a children's and family channel that shows the very best of Disney's magical world. With a mix of classic and new series, feature films, Disney's classic big films such as Dumbo and Bernard & Bianca and completely new series such as Kim Possible and American Dragon, the channel has an unsurpassed range that appeals to both children and adults. The Disney Channel is completely free of advertising and unnecessary violence.

Nickelodeon (channel location 21) is a violence-free channel for 2 – 14 year-olds. The channel offers, for example, music, entertaining educational programs and cartoons, such as the Finnish-speaking favourite SpongeBob SquarePants.

The Sub Leffa (channel location 15) shows almost ten cinema blockbusters daily from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. Successful films from the largest studios in the world are shown with Finnish subtitles.

KinoTV's (channel location 24) programme selection includes popular television series, as well as Finnish and international comedies and films from the latest decades.

MTV Music Television (channel location 19) is the world's most famous music channel. MTV combines entertainment and music videos. For Finnish viewers there are Finnish VJs, or video jockeys, such as Axl Smith.

CANAL+ Film package offers two channels (CANAL+ First and CANAL+ Hits) which broadcast 25 new movies monthly as well as the recent hit TV-series first in Finnish television, always without commercial breaks.

DIGIVIIHDE (channel location 69) is a channel that specialises in entertainment and pastime in terrestrial digital network. The programmes include productions of European and American world-class producers and present the brightest stars of the industry, in addition to domestic productions.

Documentaries

Discovery Channel (channel location 17) and MTV3 Fakta (channel location 14) will offer high-quality program from the beginning of September for 24 hours a day.

Swedish culture and language

SVT World (channel location 22) is a channel mainly consisting of the programmes offered by the Swedish television channels SVT1, SVT2, SVT24 and the Swedish language programmes aired on the science and children’s channels. The SVT World channel broadcasts 24 hours a day.
