Jyri Ratia, new CEO of PlusTV

Mr. Jyri Ratia (M.Sc.) has been appointed as the new CEO of the pay-tv operator PlusTV. Ratia comes from Swelcom, where he was Senior Vice President and member of the Management Team, in charge of new strategic development projects. Swelcom is an electronic media division of Sanoma Group.

Jyri Ratia, 37, is a seasoned pay-tv professional. In addition to the role in business development, Ratia has also been in charge of the tv-business, sales and marketing of the Swelcom brand Welho.
